Does it work with my Shopify theme?
Yes. You add and configure the bar from inside the app rather than by editing your theme files, so there is no Liquid to touch and no code to write.
What kinds of bar can I run?
Four types, from one app: a plain announcement bar, a free shipping bar, a cart progress bar that shows how close a shopper is to the threshold, and a countdown bar for a promotion with an end time. You can also rotate several messages through a single bar and attach a button to any of them.
Can I show a different bar in different countries?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Geo and product targeting lets you show a bar to shoppers in one country and not another, and to one device and not another. Scheduling means a bar runs only while its promotion does.
Will shoppers see the free shipping threshold in their own currency?
On the Pro plan, yes. Automatic currency conversion writes the threshold in the currency the shopper is browsing in, so a visitor from Berlin is not asked to convert a dollar figure in their head.
Can I tell whether the bar is actually working?
Yes. The Pro plan reports views, clicks and the sales each bar contributed, in real time, so you can keep the messages that earn and drop the ones that do not.
Can I match it to my store's design?
Yes, on every plan. Colours, fonts and styles are all configurable, so the bar reads as part of your storefront rather than something added on top of it.
What is the difference between the Free plan and Pro?
The Free plan covers up to 1,000 bar views a month, which is enough for a small store to see whether a bar changes anything. Pro, at $6.99 a month, removes the view cap and adds real-time analytics, geo and product targeting, automatic currency conversion and premium support.
