A shopper links their Discord account once. From then on the app knows which of your roles they hold, and which offers belong to them.

Frequently asked questions
How does the app know which Discord role a shopper has?
The shopper links their Discord account to your store, and the Libautech Discord bot, which you have added to your server, reports the roles they hold there. The app matches those roles against the campaigns you have published.
Do I need to write any code?
No. You install the app, invite the bot into your Discord server, and build a campaign from the app admin. There is nothing to edit in your theme.
Can different roles get different discounts?
Yes. You can run several campaigns at once, each attached to a different role and pointed at whichever products it should apply to. A moderator and a new member do not have to see the same offer.
Is this better than posting a discount code in my server?
A code posted in a channel is a code that can be copied out of it. Here the offer unlocks for members who hold the role, so there is nothing published for a member to paste somewhere else.
What counts as a gated order?
An order placed using an offer that a Discord role unlocked. The Intro plan includes ten of them for the lifetime of the plan. Starter includes fifty a month, Pro five hundred, and Premium two thousand.
How many Discord servers can I connect?
The Intro plan connects one Discord server. The paid plans connect your Discord server too, and what separates them is the number of gated orders included each month, along with styling customization and priority support.
Can I match the gate to my store's design?
Styling customization is included on the Starter, Pro and Premium plans. The Intro plan runs the default styling.
Is there a free plan or a free trial?
The Intro plan is free and does not expire. The Starter plan begins with a free 7 day trial. Pro and Premium do not include a trial, so start on Intro or Starter if you want to try the app before committing to one of them.
